First Round Over

Finally! There were some minor problems, but finally this years ESWC has launched!

First round was about half an hour delayed due some problems with the player registration. Some teams got lucky and got some warm up, but Amazing Gaming amongst others came rushing in to their seats about ten minutes past scheduled kick off.

While waiting for the remaning teams to enter the arena, the players warmed up with a bunch of the good ol’ FFA. Ray from TR.Victory and ins from fnatic dominated on each side an got some last call selfconfidence

When finally started luckily there were no techinal diffuculties and all matches where processed as planned. Well... except two... for some reason the Virtus.pro haven't been played, but we'll get back when we know more. British Dignitas got a walk over after noT decided not to show up

After Begrip.se had play their first match we caught up with individ.

Its the world cup we are already behind schedule. Is that acceptable?

There is some problems, but its ok for the first few rounds, but I hope they will catch up soon.

Last match versus Digital Mind, the runner up from Dream Hack?

We started really good and got the pistols round and a few morerounds. We played a really good T side and won 11-4. As CT we lost thepistol round and had to do a lot of eco rounds. Digital Mind playedreally good, so it was like weapon round – eco – weapon round – ecoetc. Luckily we pulled home the last round with no flash grenades andjust famas, but we had practiced a special routine for this situationand it worked!

Next match versus Amazing Gaming? What to expect?

Yeah its gonna be a tuff game versus Amazing gaming. It is a really good team. We played them online a few weeks and won but it was a very close game. It could come down to the map we draw.

Whos the MVP of your choice?

I think JAEGARN is MVP since he just got home from vacation and haven’t played for 10 days, but he stepped up and showed his amazing skills
